Real work, Week 1

You won't spend your first month reading documentation. Our team handles live client infrastructure. You'll be part of that immediately — with guardrails, but with real responsibility.

AI tools are standard issue

Claude, Copilot, and custom AI workflows are part of how we work — not a side project. You'll use AI for real tasks from day one, and we'll train you on our stack if you're new to it.
