How to read the notes

Follow the decision, not a headline metric.

  1. 01

    Starting condition

What the team inherited and which constraint mattered.

  2. 02

    Work and ownership

What ZenoCloud changed and what remained with the customer or developer.

  3. 03

    Acceptance

How the delivery was checked and which risks remained open.

Evidence policy

Why there is no wall of percentages.

Every claim on these pages must survive a founder audit.

What gets published

Method, decisions and boundaries.

Each note is anonymised until a client approves a public release. The work categories, the decision sequence and the responsibility split are real; savings percentages, traffic multipliers and client names are published only with a recorded approval behind them.

When you need more

Ask for a relevant reference.

A buyer with a comparable environment can request a qualified reference conversation instead of a marketing quote. Relevance and client consent are checked first, which is why references are arranged rather than published.
