Business Development Manager

Sales Remote (India) Full-time

About the Role

ZenoCloud's growth has been built partly on direct sales and partly on agencies and resellers who recommend us to their clients. The Business Development Manager owns that second channel — identifying, pitching, and structuring partnerships with agencies, freelancers, and resellers across India and the US.

This is an AI-first team. Every role at ZenoCloud uses AI tools daily. In business development, that means AI-assisted partner research, automated market analysis, and intelligent proposal generation. We're building these tools — you'll help shape how they're used.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and approach agency and reseller partnership targets
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle: outreach, proposal, onboarding, ongoing relationship
  • Build co-selling frameworks with agency partners
  • Represent ZenoCloud at relevant events and online communities
  • Work with sales to ensure partner-sourced deals close smoothly
  • Report pipeline and partnership health with clear metrics
  • Leverage AI tools for partner discovery, market analysis, and proposal generation — we're building AI workflows that make BD more efficient

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years in B2B business development or partnerships
  • Understands the agency business model — how agencies make money, what they care about
  • Experience in cloud, hosting, SaaS, or digital services strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working independently — this is not a role with a playbook already written
  • Strong written communication — partnership proposals, outreach, agreements, all yours
  • Curious about AI and willing to adopt AI-powered tools for research, outreach, and reporting
