Why is the review paid when other providers advertise no-cost audits?
Because an unpaid audit is a sales call wearing a report. A fixed fee — ₹25,000 / $349 — buys a senior engineer's full pass over your account, a findings call, and a turnaround in days instead of a month of drawn-out discovery. And since the fee is credited against your first retainer month, the review effectively costs nothing if you were going to work with us anyway.
What exactly do I get for ₹25,000 / $349?
A senior engineer's pass over your Cost Explorer data and CUR exports, a findings call with your team, and a prioritized written report: every recommendation with projected monthly impact, effort level, and risk. You keep the report regardless of what you do next.
How long does it take?
Days from kickoff to findings call, not a month-long engagement. The exact turnaround depends on account size and how quickly read-only access is provisioned — we confirm the date on the kickoff call.
Do you need full access to our AWS account?
No. We require IAM read-only access for the review — Cost Explorer, billing data, EC2 describe APIs. No write access. We can also work entirely from CUR exports if your security policy doesn't permit cross-account roles. Implementation, if you choose it, requires write access scoped to specific services, with all changes versioned in Terraform.
How is this different from AWS Trusted Advisor?
Trusted Advisor flags obvious waste — unattached EBS volumes, unused Elastic IPs. We do that too, but the bigger savings come from architecture-level decisions Trusted Advisor can't see. Should you move from RDS to Aurora Serverless? Is your CloudFront caching strategy losing you money? Is your dev environment costing more than production should? Those need a human.
Who is this for?
Companies with $10K–$200K/mo AWS bills and no dedicated DevOps lead. Sweet spot is Indian SaaS at Series A–C, Indian e-commerce on AWS, or US SaaS with India connections. Above $500K/mo you should also be talking to AWS Premier partners.
How quickly do savings show up after we implement?

Do you help with non-AWS clouds (Azure, GCP)?
Yes, but AWS is our deepest competence. We can review Azure and GCP environments using equivalent tooling, but our tooling depth and track record are strongest on AWS.
