What does managed hosting include that DIY hosting does not?
With managed hosting, our team handles server setup, OS updates, security patching, monitoring, backups, and performance tuning. You get all the benefits of dedicated infrastructure without needing a sysadmin on staff. You still get full root/SSH access — we handle the operational layer, you retain control.
Which platforms and applications do you support?
We manage WordPress, Magento, WooCommerce, Laravel, Node.js, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, Java (Spring), .NET, and custom applications. If it runs on Linux, we can manage it. Windows Server 2019/2022 also available for .NET and SQL Server workloads.
Will managed hosting slow down my site?
The opposite. Our team tunes your stack — Redis for object caching, Varnish for HTML caching, MySQL optimization, PHP-FPM pool sizing — for your specific application. Most clients see significant TTFB improvements after migration. We publish before/after benchmarks on request.
Can I still access my server directly?
Yes. You get full root/SSH access to your server. Managed hosting means we handle the operational work, but you retain complete control to deploy code, install software, and configure applications. Some clients co-manage with our team; some hand over completely. Your call.
How do migrations work?
We handle the entire migration for free. Our team moves your files, databases, email, and DNS with zero downtime. Typical migration timeline is 24–72 hours depending on data volume. We test everything in a staging environment before cutting over production. cPanel, Plesk, or raw migrations all supported.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No long-term contracts. ZenoCloud plans are billed month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Annual billing available with a 10% discount if you prefer. Free migration out if you ever leave — same terms as coming in.
What is the uptime SLA?
99.99% uptime SLA across all plans. Business and Enterprise plans include application-level monitoring beyond network/hardware. If we breach the SLA in any calendar month, you receive a pro-rated service credit, applied automatically on your next invoice.
What happens during an incident at 2am?
Our NOC is staffed 24/7/365. Critical alerts trigger immediate on-call response — median first-touch is under 15 minutes. We triage, remediate, and post an incident summary. For Enterprise clients, you get direct phone access to the on-call engineer and a named account engineer who owns the follow-up.
